Who this agreement is with
These terms are between you and the developer of Feelings Wheel (contact details at the end). Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app. By using the app you accept them. Where these terms are silent, Apple’s standard end user licence agreement (EULA) applies.
Not medical care
Feelings Wheel is a self-awareness tool. It doesn’t provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment or emergency help, and it doesn’t replace a health professional. The explanations and ideas in the app are general information, not personal health advice; your decisions are your own. Session reminders and the weekly summary only help you organise your own notes; you decide who you share a summary with. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Turkey and the EU).
Age and your device
You must be at least 16 to use Feelings Wheel. Your entries stay only on your device; keeping your device secure is up to you. We recommend downloading your entries from Settings now and then and keeping your own copy.
Your content
What you write is yours. We process it only to provide the app to you.
Liability
Feelings Wheel is free and provided as is. We can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that entries will never be lost. Your entries stay only on your device and we hold no backup; if you lose your phone or delete the app, they can’t be recovered. Keeping your device and your own copies safe is up to you. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach a duty the app can’t work without, and then only for the typical damage that could be foreseen for a service like this. Beyond that we aren’t liable for slight negligence or indirect losses. Your rights under data protection and consumer law that can’t be waived stay untouched.
Changes, termination and governing law
If we update these terms we’ll tell you in the app, and for important changes we’ll ask you to agree again. You can delete your data any time in Settings. We may change or end the app; your entries stay on your device. Turkish law governs these terms. If you’re a consumer, the mandatory rights you have in the country where you live, and your right to go to its courts, remain in place.
